"ArchaeoLandscapes Europe" was a EC funded project aimed at exploring how archaeological prospection is being used by archaeologists to understand our past. It was composed of 23 co-organising institutions and 45 associated partners from around the world. The Roman-Germanic Commission of the German Archaeological Institute (RGK) acted as the Project Lead and Dr. Axel Posluschny was the Project Manager.

The ArcLand International association is the continuation of the "ArchaeoLandscapes Europe" project. More information on the "ArchaeoLandscapes Europe" project can be found on the original ArcLand website.
